Attended Primary Education at Lily dale Community SchoolAttended High School Education at Naledi High School.
Attended Tertiary Education at the Southern Africa School of Theology and has a Diploma in Biblical Theology Has been in full- time ministry since 1976 to date.
Married to Pastor Rose Botwana and blessed with 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy, and 4 grandchildren.
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES
It is critical that all the Zoe Bible Church West Rand branches must be aligned to the vision of the mother church which flows directly to the ZBC West Rand Diocese resultant statement of faith.
The church alignment will create, amongst others;

- Promote responsibility
- Ensure Consistency
- Focus creation
- Improved Development of loyal leaders
- Create a lasting legacy
- Grow the church thus benefiting the Kingdom of God
ZBCWR has a board of directors that is nominated through a nomination committee. The board serves for a specified number of years after which they are rotated to adhere to proper governance principles guidelines.
In the interest of succession and continuity, appointment the board members takes into account specialist skills and members are planned to retire at different terms of three years each.
The board meets once every three months and will attend the Annual General Meeting which will constitute the fifth meeting of the year. The chairman of the church board chairs the AGM.
BRANCH PASTOR OR ELDER
The leadership of any Zoe Branch shall vest with the ordained Pastor or ordained Elder deployed or appointed to head that branch, and shall operate within the approved structures of Zoe Bible Church. Hebrews 13 verse 17 clearly details the duties of the Spiritual Leaders, being that they are constantly keeping watch over people’s soul and guarding people’s spiritual welfare, as men and women who will have to render an account. These spiritual leaders utilize the approved management structures to create and or enhance efficiencies in the Zoe Branches they have been put in charge of.
BODY OF ELDERS
Elders are responsible for the general oversight of the church affairs in that way assisting the Pastor or Elder in charge of the branch in achieving such duties. They also have a responsibility of filling for the Pastor or Elder in charge in his or her absence. They must maintain order in the church.They shall be accountable to the Pastor or Elder in charge through the Senior Elder. Their meetings are chaired by the Senior Elder and the Head of the branch can attend the meeting by invitation.
BODY OF DEACONS
Deacons are responsible for the general oversight of the church look and physical organization of the church arranged regular services. They are to assist the Elders in achieving their delegated duties. They also have a responsibility of assisting church departments in the implementation of their missions where necessary..
They maintain cleanliness of the church property and be responsible for the monthly cleaning roster.
They shall be accountable to the Elders through the Senior Deacon. Their meetings are chaired by the Senior Deacon or an elected responsible Elder and the Head of the branch can attend the meeting by invitation.
Ushers are responsible for the general daily running of the church look and physical organization of the church arranged regular services. They are to assist the Deacons in achieving their delegated duties. They also have a responsibility of assisting church departments in the implementation of their missions where necessary.
They generally maintain cleanliness and arrangement of the church property. They are accountable to the Deacons through the Senior Usher. Their meetings are chaired by the Senior Usher or an elected responsible Deacon.
